been with the Department of Greater Cincinnati Water Works for approximately 25 years. We've been with KUBRA for probably 12 to 15 years. Print mail in our eyes is kind of the foundation of KUBRA, and it's really done very, very well for us.\n\nThe most recent solution is Notifi, it's customer communications. Typically, in the water industry, we have people that go door to door when there's an outage. So the Notifi product has allowed us to do it electronically. Prior to KUBRA, we were doing the rendering of bills and letters in house.\n\nAnd so being able to outsource that knowledge and that experience to KUBRA has been very, very nice. To me, KUBRA is a partner, and it's good to know that we have a partner to be able to do that. When there's issues, they'll listen to what those issues are.\n\nSo they're always available.
