Ready? Let's rock and roll.\n\nwhat I see on almost every call. Yeah. You got maybe fifty, two hundred, a thousand partners in your affiliate dashboard. Ten percent of them or twenty percent of them are actually sending traffic, and a tiny handful drive almost all of their revenue.\n\nSo your best partners keep asking you for things that you don't have the time to build. And you know affiliates should be a major channel. You even see some of your competitors driving ten percent, twenty percent, heck, even thirty percent of their ARR through it. But in your world, it's a one person show.\n\nIt's stagnating month over month, and it's jammed inside an affiliate platform that no one on your team has a time to really own. So every quarter you think, we should fix this, then real life hits product, paid, sales, hiring. Affiliates just keep sliding down that list. And meanwhile, the opportunity cost compounds.\n\nThose premium publishers and creators that you haven't approached yet, they're just sending their traffic somewhere else.\n\nMost teams think they have a tool problem or a network problem. But in reality, you should have three problems that I see over and over again. First, you have bandwidth. So there's a head of partnerships, head of growth, CMO, or just like a superstar affiliate manager who's carrying the whole program, recruitment, calls, applications, communication on top of their actual job.\n\nSecondly, you have activation and quality. So you have a ton of dormant partners who never got real onboarding. You have old coupon and deal sites still skimming attribution and burning commissions. And there is no structured way of turning a new partner into a top performer.\n\nSo thirdly, you have no operator. You don't need advice on partners.
