everyone, and welcome to this week's HeyGen for Real Estate webinar. We are super excited to be joined by April from our product team. April, how are you today?\n\nGood. Good. Yeah. Very happy to be here. Thanks for joining us.\n\nGreat. And for those of you who don't know me, my name is Kahal. I have been working with the real estate customers at Heijen.\n\nFor those of you who are new here, Heijen for real estate makes it easy for real estate agents to stay visible and build trust through video content. Today, we're gonna show you a little bit about how real estate agents are using Hegen to create spotlight listings, neighborhood tours, market updates. And some of the things we're excited to get into a little bit more detail with today is our new video creation workflow, which makes it much easier to create videos, our new white glove service where we offer a done for you experience for real estate agents, And then finally, we wanna give you some tips on how to create great avatars in because this is really the the secret sauce if you're trying to create a video content with HeyGen.\n\nThroughout, feel free to ask questions.\n\nOur team is monitoring the chat. We're gonna leave a a good little chunk of time at the end to answer any questions, but if anything pops up throughout, we're we're more than happy to answer them as well.\n\nSo yeah. Without further ado, I'm gonna share my screen. We're gonna look at a couple of slides, just a little intro to HeyGen for real estate, and then we'll we'll go from there.\n\nGreat.\n\nApril, I might get you to confirm. You can see my screen.\n\nYes. I can see.\n\nPerfect.\n\nSo, yeah, a quick look here. When we talk to real estate agents and and those working in real estate at HeyGen, they know that posting on their social channels work.\n\nIt helps them build trust. It helps them get in front of customers and stay top of mind in their local areas. But, you know, getting in front of a camera and filming content regularly, it takes time. It takes effort, sometimes you need a filming crew, sometimes you need editing skills, that's where HeyGen for real estate comes in. You can create an avatar once, which we'll show you how to do today, and then you can use our workflows that we have designed specifically for real estate to make it really, really easy to streamline your video production process.\n\nAnd if you need an extra hand from the HeyGen team for any paid HeyGen users, you get access to our white glove experience where we'll actually help you create content on a regular basis. But what we see here is homeowners want videos. When people are looking for their next property, they're often going to socials trying to watch videos on these properties, and that's where HeyGen has been really well positioned to to help folks out so far.\n\nThe thing we've been super surprised about is agents are actually not creating a lot of video content. About nine percent of agents say that they consistently create video, and we're really on a mission to to make this number much higher.\n\nAnd then, yeah, from our records and and other records, we heard this a lot at the Inman Real Estate Conference, but listings that have videos are much, much more effective in terms of generating leads and inquiries.\n\nSo, yeah, super super interesting points here.\n\nA lot of people on this webinar today were were familiar with. You know, I can see a lot of HeyGen users, but there's also a lot of people here who platform. And for those of you who are new, just on a a more high level, HeyGen is an identity first video platform. We help you create video content starring you. And then today, obviously, we're we're gonna focus on real estate a little bit more.\n\nMy colleague James will share a link in the chat just to HeyGen dot com forward slash real estate. And here after the webinar, you'll be able to read more about the type of things we're doing.\n\nBefore we get into our new video production workflow so we can show you how to actually create these videos, these are the most common types of videos we're making for real estate agents.\n\nListing videos, market updates, neighborhood spotlights, buyer and seller education. And then for those of you who work across multiple different languages, HeyGen is very well positioned to take your video made in one language and translate it to another.\n\nSome of the results so far.\n\nTwo weeks ago, we did a webinar where we actually did a deep dive into showing you actual real world examples from some of the real estate agents we work with. We're not gonna get into this as much today. Today is gonna be a lot more focused on getting set up to get the most out of HeyGen. But again, James, my colleague, will share a link to our last webinar where we get into the details here of Craig, Scott, and Jim, some of our HeyGen real estate power users.\n\nAnd just to give you, like, a a taste of what we covered in that last webinar, it's really the results that they drove. So Craig has been posting twice a day with HeyJin. He's been able to four x his followers in ten months, and the reach on his account has been really, really fantastic, Seven hundred and seventy thousand.\n\nSimilarly with Scott, he has saved three hours per filming session using HeyGen. It takes him about two hours to create a longer format video for his YouTube channel, which he has been directly able to say it's helped him generate more leads and and sell more properties through the content he's creating. So make sure you check out these channels.\n\nAnd, yeah, you can watch some of their videos on our last webinar from two weeks ago, which we have probably shared in the chat.\n\nApril, this is where I'm gonna pull you up.\n\nWould love to hear about the new video creation workflow that real estate folks are getting very excited about.\n\nYeah.\n\nThanks so much, Kaho, and and nice to see everyone. I've probably spoken to some of you, but, basically, I'm a product manager working with a ton of real estate agents and agencies to to build a delightful experience, for all of you all. Always glad to talk to more real estate agents.\n\nLet me walk through our new video creation workflow.\n\nAnd I guess before we get started, some context that would be helpful here is after talking to a lot of real estate agents, we realized that, really, the most important thing was that you show up looking like yourself. We know that you real estate agents are authorities in in your local markets, and so we put a lot of focus on giving our users the ability to control aspects of of your own avatar, for example, your gestures or your voice to make sure that you can really show up in the in the best light.\n\nSo let me quickly walk through here what that means.\n\nSo if you go to your home screen, you will be able to see this component up top. And the way that Heijen is largely structured is there is the concept of an avatar, which, you know, you can always improve in this tab here. So we have a let's go to Jenny. Jenny is our real estate avatar, and it breaks down into appearance, voice, and motion. So just like a real human, you have the way you look, you have the way you sound, and you have your gestures and how you move.\n\nSo I'll let Kaggle take this later. He'll he'll give you some tips and tricks, but just a high level framework, I think, is helpful. Once you create your avatar, you you should see that in your home screen here. You can always switch your primary avatar, but this is the avatar that you will use to generate all your videos. You can generate looks, backgrounds, different outfits without having to go put your put your makeup on, put your clothes on so you could generate more looks here.\n\nPolish your voice here. It should be if it says needs review, it means you have a voice, but, likely, we've flagged that we wanna help you get get it to, you know, a place where you feel it's perfect.\n\nSo you can use this dashboard to kind of monitor how you're doing in terms of getting a great avatar and then adding your motion here.\n\nThe motion really captures how you move or how you want your your digital twin to or your avatar to move in the video. So really highly recommend you go here and update these settings.\n\nOnce you're very happy, you'll be able to create a video.\n\nAnd it's broken down into three steps. So first, you tell us what you wanna say. What's the message you wanna share with your audience?\n\nThen you can fine tune your delivery. So how you say it, the underlying audio for your video message, the tone of the video, and then finally, you can determine the format. So this is, like, sort of your editing toggles, like portrait landscape or how much editing you want here.\n\nSo without further ado, let me take you through the flow here. So for example, in this screen, I know many people work with Claude or ChatGPT to generate scripts. Likely, that'll be the best place for you to start because Claude Claude and ChatGPT have the context.\n\nYou've chatted with it. It knows your background. It knows the tone that you like. So for those of you who use these tools, go there, generate your script, put in your assets, make sure it's something you're really happy with, and you can just simply copy paste.\n\nAlternatively, you can use this generate script. So let's say, please create a market update about the nine zero zero six six ZIP code.\n\nAnd you can tell it, you know, add key points around how the neighborhood feels for young families. Right? So then you can generate your script here. Another path is if you have an audio that you actually really love already, you can simply upload upload it here through the upload audio path.\n\nAnd you could edit your script in this section, make sure it's something you really like, and this script will be used verbatim in your video.\n\nSo it's exactly what your avatar will say. You continue here.\n\nAt this step, it's really all about fine tuning your delivery, and the idea here is that you can make sure the voice tone, the similarity, the pronunciations, all of these things are spot on. And one reason we made this step is because we know that if, for example, you're pronouncing your local neighborhood incorrectly and you are supposed to be an authority in the neighborhood, that's, you know, that's actually, like, going to make the video unusable for real estate agents. So I'll show you how to how to do all that.\n\nBut here, you can really listen and cobble. I might ask you to just check if you can hear the sound, but let me start it now.\n\nWelcome to your market update for the nine zero zero six six ZIP code.\n\nThis vibrant neighborhood is becoming increasingly popular among young families. With its friendly atmosphere and community oriented vibe, ninety thousand and sixty six offers a welcoming environment for those looking to settle down.\n\nSo I recommend you actually listen to the whole thing. If you don't love the script, you can, for example, update it here. It'll ask you to regenerate, and then you listen to it. But a lot of times, the voice step is actually AI generated unless you use the upload audio path here in script. And so you'll need to fine tune your delivery a little bit. And so I'll show you how to do that here.\n\nSo voice, I would say, breaks down into a few components. If you actually think the voice doesn't sound like you, our recommended path is to redo your voice. So, like, re rerecord your voice, and it'll regenerate and select a voice that you think sounds most like you. You can do that here in the home page.\n\nSo here's an example. You can click polish voice, and it'll it'll let you regenerate the voice in the video flow. Let's say you don't like something about your delivery. You can say, I don't like it.\n\nAnd the two things that'll let you do here are adjust your speed.\n\nSo you can make the pacing to your preference. You can make it a lot slower, a little slower, faster. And the pacing really impacts how you show up how you kind of deliver on camera and whether you show up looking and feeling like an authority in your market, someone trustworthy, so you can update that here.\n\nAnother thing is you can update your pronunciations. So we noticed with AI voices a lot of times, you know, there's like it'll mispronounce certain words that lower your credibility. One example is, like, a New Yorker would say south of would say Houston, but maybe our AI would say Houston, for for the street name. So things like that will actually extract words that we're not sure we've pronounced right, and you can actually update that here.\n\nSo you can listen.\n\nNine zero zero six six nine that's actually fine.\n\nLet's say I wanted it to say nine zero zero six seven, for example. I mean, this isn't a great example, but you can just type out how you want it to sound. You can save it, and it'll regenerate your delivery here.\n\nAnd then you can just perfect your delivery at this step. Now if it's about the underlying similarity of your voice, I I still recommend doing it in the avatars tab. Anything that's about your underlying motion, your underlying voice similarity, still do it here. It's it would be your best, bet. Let me see if I can find someone who's made a digital twin here.\n\nIt's taking a little bit of time to load. Maybe this one.\n\nYeah. So you would go here. You can update your voice. You can also do it from home once you have your digital digital twin. Now let's see. Let's see how it sounds.\n\nNine zero zero six seven.\n\nNine So, yeah, it'll change the actual the way that the word is pronounced in your script.\n\nOnce you like the voice delivery, you can click done.\n\nAnd, you know, just make sure that the delivery is exactly how you'd want it. This is the audio file that you'll use in your video.\n\nClick I like it. And then at this step, you can actually, we have Jenny. She is our real estate agent.\n\nYou can choose if you've created multiple looks previously, you would be able to choose from different looks and backgrounds for this avatar. In this case, she doesn't have multiple looks, but you could do that. And then you can see how it will show up in your final video.\n\nPortrait, landscape. You can choose a caption.\n\nSay that one.\n\nAnd then here, there's you can choose between two editing styles. So this is just talking avatar only. So this is a a full video with just these editing toggles. And then in this video, it would just be, for example, you talking to the camera. No edits, no cuts, just this a what we call a roll.\n\nAnd then the other option is something called magic edit where our AI decides for you which visual aids, effects, captions, and things like that we would add to your video. And you can choose between these two. Notably, after you generate your video and review it, you'll still be able to basically edit that final video. We should probably add something like that here, let users know. But in both cases, you'll be able to do kind of last mile editing, make sure it's perfect.\n\nAnd so let me show you no. In this case, you would just create the video. I won't create it. I have two videos that I can show you here.\n\nSo one second.\n\nLet's see.\n\nChrome tab.\n\nCool. Do you see my screen, Kaho?\n\nNot right now. We were oh, perfect. I see. Yeah.\n\nOkay. Great. Yep. So once you generate, you'll see a page like this, once it's created, and then you'll be able to watch your review your video.\n\nOh, we were hearing something that we're not.\n\nOh, okay. Let me, reshare. Do you see my video and audio here, Carlo?\n\nWe see your video. We heard the audio at the start. Yeah.\n\nHow about now?\n\nAnd the bustling Presidio, Cow Hollow offers stunning views of the Golden Gate Bridge and easy access to beautiful waterfront parks.\n\nThe neighborhood is known for its charming tree lined streets, boutique shopping, and vibrant dining scene, making it perfect for those who love a live So I'll stop there.\n\nYou know, in in a lot of so the AI would have decided all of these edits, the kind of captions coming in, b roll that we added. But a lot of times, real estate is very hyper local, and you might want to swap out the b roll. You might want to maybe this font isn't to your liking. Your maybe your market is likes punchy your clients like punchy colors, and we're using muted colors. So these kinds of things you can actually edit after you review the video.\n\nAnd so you do that by clicking new revision in AI Studio.\n\nMy guess is that many of you are familiar with this interface.\n\nSo you just click that, and then you can make your edits. So the idea is let's help you get to eighty percent video that you're happy with and then kind of make it so that, you know, real estate agents don't have to do everything from scratch, which is you know, we know it's it's a lot of effort, a lot of work. And so, yeah, in Studio, you can basically control everything that you'd want to. You could swap out your avatar here For the video, you can swap out your voice. If you don't like your voice, you can actually click improve your voice here. You can remove the background.\n\nBut I guess the high level framework, for those of you who've never used Studio, is these toggles on the right are what will help you swap out elements of this video. So you can for most people, I think avatar is important. You'll be able to swap out your avatar and voice. Your media would be important.\n\nIf you go to video, this is how you would choose your b roll. So, you know, if you're saying, I want a neighborhood update, maybe maybe it's, like, San Francisco. You can look for a footage of San Francisco, or you can even upload your own in the media tab. So if if we don't have something that works for you, you can upload your own here.\n\nCaptions, you can swap it out here.\n\nAnything else? Music. Yeah. So anything you you'd you'd want to change based on that first draft, you can do it here.\n\nAnd then delivery delivery toggles also, you can update here as well. So, yeah, I guess I guess that's it.\n\nPortrait landscape is a big one for a lot of folks.\n\nBut, yeah, that that's it in terms of the overall flow. I I do wanna flag one thing. So if you guys don't so we released this new flow to new users on August twenty first. So if you are not in this experience and you'd like to be in the experience, feel free to just ping let me in in the chat here.\n\nAnd then, James, I don't know if that would work, but if you send me a log, I can add add everyone who pings into the new experience here.\n\nAwesome.\n\nHappy to is is now a good time to take questions, think, Kaho, or would you like to wait until the end?\n\nYeah. Well, first of all, thank you so much for that. Very, very helpful. We have lots and lots of questions about avatar and voice to start with. So maybe I'll jump into that, walk through some of the best practices, keep the questions coming, and then, yeah, maybe we'll we'll pull you up again and to to answer any questions at the end.\n\nAnd maybe if there's any video workflow specific questions, if people wanna put those in the q and a tab, we can also start directing those to April now as well.\n\nGreat.\n\nI'm trying to figure out from James, would that work? People just saying in the chat, want in.\n\nApril, what we might do is share Sarah's email address, and maybe they could email Sarah if they wanted to get into this workflow.\n\nI'm just worried that we might lose.\n\nYeah. We could definitely do that too. Yeah. We let's see.\n\nPerfect. Alright. Well, I am gonna jump into best practices for creating avatars and voices. That that's gonna be covered in this section as well. It's gonna have one quick read of the questions here. Yeah. There's a lot of great questions.\n\nSo, Rahul, sorry. I I I think we will go with the let me in path.\n\nIt looks like we can identify emails from the chat.\n\nSo just let us just better. And and I will make sure to add add all the right emails too.\n\nGreat. Most most people should already be in, hopefully. Let's see. Well, that's a lot of people trying to get in. Check. Check. Check.\n\nYou guys probably signed up before. Thank you for signing up and being, you know, happy hopefully, happy users of PayGen. But it's a it's a relatively new experience, so you wouldn't have it if you signed up before.\n\nThank you, April.\n\nOkay.\n\nGuys, lots of questions here about how to create a great avatar, how to clone a good voice, and we're gonna get into it. What what I would start by saying is, first of all, like, it it is a bit of a journey. It it takes some iteration. It it's pretty unlikely that you record yourself once and you upload it to HeyGen and you have, like, a world class ten out of ten avatar.\n\nIt took me a couple of tries filming in different settings, filming on different hair days, filming with different emotion levels, and kind of changing my hand movements. But I wanna give you the tips that I've used to create some good avatars, some good voices, some great avatars, some great voices.\n\nBut what I would say is just keep at it. You know? It it takes a couple of different types of videos and attempts to get it really, really dialed in.\n\nThe best avatars feel familiar. They look like you and sound like you and move like you.\n\nOne of the things you can do with HeyGen avatars, which I'll show you in a moment, is once you have an avatar, you can change your outfits, you can change your wardrobe. That that's not something to to worry about too much.\n\nBut it does help when you're actually filming yourself for the first time. You know, if you're gonna be making a lot of videos in from your office desk, maybe record yourself in the real location at your office desk. If you wanna put on your favorite jacket, you know, that's always gonna look just a little bit better than using an AI generated outfit. So keep that in mind if you wanna film yourself once, maybe do it in a location that you'd love to have your avatar in or an outfit that you would love to have your avatar in. Again, you can change all of these things later, but for some of the best avatars, we just use the content and the environment that the person's in from the get go.\n\nRecord for quality. I'm gonna give a a couple of tips and tricks on how to record the highest quality avatars, but lighting is very, very important. If you record in a dark room, you're gonna get an avatar back that looks like they're standing in a a darker room. Yes. We can touch it up with AI, but if you really nail this and, you know, have an environment with natural light where we can clearly see you and your facial expressions, there's no background shadows that makes a a big difference.\n\nHaving the camera at eye level also makes the video much more professional, much more realistic, and some ambient noise is fine in the background when you're creating your avatar. Sometimes it actually makes the voice sound more realistic, but you don't wanna be recording your avatar for the first time in a very, very busy, you know, coffee shop or something like that. It'll it'll take away from the avatar a little bit.\n\nAnd then some of the things we're gonna cover today is just how important it is when you're recording your avatar to be extra expressive in terms of your voice. But one tip that I know a couple of users have already figured out in the chat, record your avatar and then record your voice separately in HeyGen. You can upload an audio file only into HeyGen. And the reason this is beneficial is when you're recording your avatar, you focus on your movements and your gestures, and then separately, you can record an audio clip. And in that clip, you can really focus on the voice, and you don't need to worry about how you're looking or, you know, if you're making goofy hand expressions, you can speak in an extra expressive way.\n\nAnd this often helps with cloning the voice.\n\nGreat.\n\nSo one of the first things I would say is when you're creating an avatar, it's quality in, quality out.\n\nIf you record your avatar on your webcam in a dark room and the webcam is filming in seven twenty quality, you're gonna get back an avatar that looks like it was filmed on a webcam in a dark room in in a lower quality.\n\nTrying to get a four k camera can really, really be helpful. Most smartphones, iPhones, Android phones, you can toggle your camera into four k mode. Even better if you toggle it into sixty frames per second. Then the next thing you're gonna do is raise the camera to eye level, have the camera stable so it's not moving around a lot, and have some good lighting. If you do all of of those things, you're gonna have a really good chance of filming some high quality video footage that will create a really, really excellent avatar.\n\nThis is a little bit more about lighting. Facing a window is a pretty good tip, and just be cognizant of the shadows behind you as well. That can sometimes take away from your avatar a little bit.\n\nSpeak clearly, but don't worry about speaking perfectly.\n\nWhen you're creating your avatar, it's actually fine to do some filler words, ems, buts, likes. Speak as if you're talking to your friend.\n\nDon't hold back. If you speak very, very proper in a way that you don't normally speak, you're then gonna have an avatar voice clone that sounds proper, that doesn't sound like you. So just pretend you're you're on the phone to a friend. You're telling them a story about what you did over the weekend or during during your summer vacation, try to make it as natural as possible.\n\nIf you are recording an audio clip separately to clone your voice, I find I I'm nearly speaking thirty percent more expressive than I would normally talk.\n\nIt just means that when we clone your voice yes. Obviously, we're we're using AI video and AI voice to to clone these twins.\n\nOften with AI voice, it tones down your emotion by about twenty or thirty percent when you make one. So it's really important that you are extra expressive knowing that it's gonna make you sound a little bit more monotone. And on that note, if you give us a very monotone voice clone, you're gonna have a very monotone AI sounding voice back. So the expressiveness in your voice is super, super important.\n\nThis is a little bit on gestures. So we have different models within HeyGen. Our Avatar four and Avatar five models will identify your script, and they will influence your avatar's movements to make them as lifelike and in line with the script as possible.\n\nThat being said, it's important when you record your avatar if you want your avatar to have gestures, not everyone does. Some people will just do head and shoulder avatars like you can see me on screen now.\n\nBut if you're recording gestures, try to make them as natural as possible and try to stay away from very specific gestures. So if you do a thumbs up in your recording footage or a point, it means your avatar may throw in a thumbs up or a point randomly throughout any of your videos.\n\nEven if it's a very serious video, your avatar might do a thumbs up. So we're we're kind of recommending for your first avatar in particular, keep your movements a lot more generic every day.\n\nDon't put your hands in front of your mouth is a very important one, or or that'll influence the avatar clone.\n\nNow if you want an avatar with, say, a thumbs up, maybe record a second avatar look so that you can use that whenever you're trying to create, like, a a happy video, for example.\n\nHere is one tip that we see folks do wrong a lot, but when you upload your footage to HeyGen or you're recording or you record it through your computer, you're really doing it in one take.\n\nIf you give us a video that's actually three smaller clips all stitched together, and there's any little bit of a cut or a transition between clips, it means your avatar then will have that cut built into it. So really, really important, do it all in one take from start to finish.\n\nGreat. I am now looking at the chat again to check some questions.\n\nOkay.\n\nYeah. Some of these sharing my screen in my HeyGen account will actually help folks.\n\nOkay. Great question from Patty.\n\nWill the voice work with my accent? I'm originally from England. Yes. I I also have a goofy accent. I grew up in that part of the world.\n\nIt takes time. You know? It took me uploading a couple of different pieces of audio, but eventually, I I got it to work. Within HeyGen, once you clone a voice, you can then select different models that you can use with your voice. I actually found Eleven Labs wasn't great for my accent, but we have another engine called Panda and another engine called Fish, and they were both really, really excellent at kinda doing the non US accent. So Patty, highly highly recommend trying that one out. I can show you where that is as well.\n\nAmanda is asking, will there be a recording of this? You're running a couple of minutes late. Yes. We'll send out a recording of this after. It should also live on our YouTube channel at some point as well.\n\nQuestion from Chris.\n\nDoes this add AI disclosure? So I actually shared a link in the chat, maybe not on the q and a section, but it's an account that's been using HeyGen.\n\nThey're making a lot of videos. They're getting great engagement impressions. They don't tag their videos as AI, mostly because the way they're creating the content, you know, it's not very obvious that it's AI, so it's fine. But within Facebook, within TikTok, within YouTube, and Instagram, there is now a button where you can decide that you wanna tag your content as AI.\n\nIt means that all of your followers can clearly see that, you know, you're saying, I'm using AI and you're disclosing it. So it's really up to you. Some people decide they want to. Some people decide they don't want to, and that's fine.\n\nDo you have a link to all past recorded webinars from Mark? James might be able to assist with that. We can send a link to the HeyGen for real estate one from two weeks ago.\n\nAnd then all of the other HeyGen webinars in general live on our YouTube channel under the live section.\n\nGreg, I'm assuming, is talking here about the white glove experience or or maybe what he said. So if we move to a paid plan today, we get this experience.\n\nIf you're talking about the new creation workflow that April ran through, that'll actually be in your account regardless if you're free or paid.\n\nIf you are interested in the white glove service, which I haven't touched on too much, but I'm gonna get to shortly, that is a paid only feature for real estate agents.\n\nGreat.\n\nWell, lots of questions. Thank you for for all the questions.\n\nQuestion from Jody. If I record three avatars, maybe trying to create three different genres to use. Is this possible?\n\nYeah. So the first thing I would say is if you're trying to create three avatars, are they gonna be three avatars of yourself, three Jody avatars? In that case, you make one avatar identity in HeyGen, and then you generate as many different looks as you want. So you can generate hundreds of looks under an avatar. If they're avatars of three different people, then you'll have three different avatar slots.\n\nI would always recommend when you're making avatar of yourself, try to create looks underneath underneath your avatar.\n\nGreat. Question from Greg.\n\nWill an avatar mimic facial expressions or quirks? I have a pull in my lower lip when I speak, and people that know me know this, will the avatar recreate this? Yeah. I I would say if you give us some video footage where this quirk or expression is visible, your avatar will also replicate that.\n\nHowever, when it comes to the mouth and lip movements, it depends how subtle it is.\n\nWe obviously do update your lips and your mouth movement based on the conversation that your avatar is having. So it'll depend. I I would say try it out. One thing you could do if you really want to pick it up is maybe you'd make an avatar that's head and shoulders. It's a bit more zoomed in on you.\n\nIn that case, you'll pick up, like, more of the the detail. But if it's a further back full body avatar, it could be quite difficult. So it'll depend on the zoom, essentially.\n\nMichael Doyle has a question. Am I able to create an avatar of another person other than myself?\n\nYes. The the answer is yeah. You can create an avatar, but you need to have consent from them to actually create a digital twin.\n\nOur digital twins are our, you know, best model of, hey, Jen.\n\nThey're very realistic.\n\nIf you use good video footage, they look sound and feel like a real person. For that reason, trust and safety is our number one concern.\n\nSo if you try to clone someone, we're gonna look for a short consent video. It'll essentially be, my name's Kaho, I give consent to create an avatar on the HeyGen platform. The passcode is whatever's on screen, one two three four.\n\nSo, yeah, you'll be able to do that, but you will need their consent.\n\nGreat.\n\nI'm gonna do one more question, then I'm gonna share a little bit more and keep the questions coming. These are great. Question here from Krill. This one is about multilingual content.\n\nWill we be able to see finished will we be able to see a finished video? Yeah. We can share some links in the chat to some finished videos. I think we already played two.\n\nAnd what about small languages? I'm from Bulgaria. So Heijin supports a hundred and fifty three different languages.\n\nBulgarian is one of them.\n\nYou can generate a video in English, translate it to another language very easily, or you could just generate it in Bulgarian straight from the get go.\n\nPerfect.\n\nGreat.\n\nI am gonna jump into my HeyGen account. I just wanna spend a a minute or two walking you through the video creation workflow so that you can see what that's all about after me given some of the tips and tricks.\n\nSo, yeah, this is my HeyGen account. This is the avatar section.\n\nYou can see here I have a couple of avatars. This one's my own one. These are are some avatars of of other folks.\n\nBut what does it look like to create an avatar? You click on this button here, new avatar, and then it's I suppose touching on Greg's question a little bit, it's are you creating an avatar of yourself or someone else?\n\nIf it's of yourself, you know, we're gonna collect some images and videos, some audio to clone your voice to make sure it looks, sounds, and feels just like you.\n\nIf you're creating an avatar of someone else, if it's a real person, we're gonna do the exact same thing. If it's an animated character, you can you can just upload an image of them. So what is included or or what entails in your avatar. It's your appearance.\n\nSo this is where we're gonna collect images. It's gonna be your motion. This is where we're gonna collect some video footage, your voice, and then you have, like, kind of the end the end product here.\n\nI don't have any photos handy on this laptop, but, essentially, you'll click continue here.\n\nYou'll upload some images to get started.\n\nIt'll also give you tips and tricks, TrueEye. So you can see here, it's really prompting you to, like, look straight at the camera. Then it's saying you should have good lighting.\n\nThen it's saying just you in the frame. You know, a selfie from your vacation with multiple people in the photo, that's not gonna create create a great avatar. It needs to just be one single person in there.\n\nYou can upload from your phone. You can upload from your desktop or laptop, or you can take a photo right now. If you wanna see the tips and tricks again, you will see this.\n\nSo, yeah, once you do this let me see if I have anything that anyway, it resembles a photo.\n\nMaybe not that. Okay. Here's a photo of someone else.\n\nSo next thing, you would actually upload some video footage. You can watch this video.\n\nAgain, while you're recording. Got it.\n\nSo, again, you can upload it from your laptop. Probably not as recommended, but a good fast way to get started. You can record from your phone. This is often better, or you can upload footage. So if you up if you recorded some high quality four k footage on a camera or a smartphone, you could upload that there.\n\nAnd then, yeah, once you finish this step, you would clone your voice.\n\nJust to show you a little bit on the avatar section, I do not own kind of these outfits for example, but once you create one avatar like this is one of me for example. Hey, Cathal Canavan, your digital.\n\nAnd I'll show you the real voice that I use on this one, but you can see it's me sitting at a desk.\n\nMy movements are pretty normal. Definitely could've looked at the camera a little bit more, but that's something that I would improve on next time.\n\nAnd then you can generate different looks here. So once you have your avatar, you can come here to generate with AI. This is essentially where you can come down through this section.\n\nSay I'm trying to create some real estate related content. What I would do here is go to the real estate luxe pack.\n\nIt would cost fifty credits, super clear. You would click generate luxe, and then HeyGen is gonna start generating these for me straight away so that you have different options.\n\nUnder the voice section, I just wanna let you hear how my voice clone sounds. I'm still working on this, but pretty happy with this one. Hi. I'm excited you're here. This is your voice clone preview. Take a quick listen. A great voice clone should sound clear, energetic, and just like you.\n\nSo yeah. Once you have the voice clone in, you can also improve the voice.\n\nThis is where you can come in here and you can try different voice engines within HeyGen. So a lot of the folks in the chat were just talking about, hey, I uploaded a voice clone and maybe it doesn't sound a lot like me.\n\nThe first thing I'll always recommend is rerecord Wait. This actually changed how I edit every So that one's actually really good.\n\nRerecord your voice, be super expressive, and then come in here and and use this little editor to make improvements. Sometimes you need to increase the volume and the speed, but a lot of the time, you actually need to select different voice models and engines. I'm finding this Starfish model to be really exceptional for non US British voices. I'll play a little bit of this. So you've heard what I sound like. Single video. Hit follow because tomorrow, I'm breaking down the exact steps, and trust me, you don't wanna miss it.\n\nGreat. Okay. Wait. This act So yeah.\n\nAgain, sometimes it takes a little bit of trial and error, but I just wanted to show you where this voice section lives.\n\nAnd then, yeah, this is the motion part.\n\nGreat. I know there's a lot of questions in the chat. I know we're coming up on time, but I just wanna spend one moment on our White Glove service.\n\nSo what is HeyGen's White Glove experience? Some of you have may have already seen this within your HeyGen home screen or after you purchase a paid HeyGen plan. You'll see a pop up window, especially if you select real estate within the questionnaire. You'll see a pop up for a scan and QR code. This is for Hegen's white glove experience.\n\nIt's a way that you can get expert hands on help from our creative partners. They will talk to you over WhatsApp or normal text message, and they're a really good partner to help you, first of all, get some advice on cloning a good avatar. They'll send you some links where you can click on it and directly create an avatar on your phone. They'll help you improve your voice.\n\nBut once you're actually set up with avatar and voice, and some of you are already there, our White Glove service will actually help you create videos. So maybe you have some ideas for content, maybe you have some scripts, you can just text that to the HeyGen, White Glove team, and our real human creative partners will actually go make videos for you, help you brainstorm ideas. You can nearly think of them as a little marketing agency that you work with over text message using your HeyGen avatar. So we're we're hearing great things.\n\nA couple of thousand real estate agents are utilizing this. Something that's super common is they will send us something like a listing, an idea, a photo, an article, or a rough script. Our team will actually go. They'll shape that into a video.\n\nThey'll use your avatar. They'll use your voice.\n\nWe'll send you back a video. You tell us what you like, what you don't like. And then, yeah, what's most important is you keep showing up. A lot of the folks we work with over White Glove will make weekly videos for, will make monthly videos for, so we get a nice cadence going. It means that you don't need to learn how to use all of the HeyGen platform. Once you get to a point where you have a good avatar and a good voice, we can actually do the rest for you. So we're we're super excited about that.\n\nReal quick, I'm gonna try to show you where you can find the White Glove experience within your HeyGen account.\n\nSo what you're gonna do if you don't see it up here, for some of you, you're gonna see a button that says get White Glove, but I'm gonna come here to settings.\n\nMaybe I don't see it because I'm in an enterprise account. So let me swap this.\n\nSo yeah. If you are on a paid HeyGen account, you're gonna see this button up here, get white glove.\n\nAnd then, yep, you will be able to connect through text or WhatsApp. You can scan the QR code or you can text the number with the code, and this will allow you to connect with our team.\n\nSo highly recommend trying that out. Again, you have to be on a paid account. If you don't see this button up here, one thing that I would check out is go to settings.\n\nUnder personalization, you can click edit personalization, and you can click through these these different these different questions. It's important that you click real estate here.\n\nAnd in that case, once you go through this, you'll you'll be able to see that button up in the top corner. Or once you finish the form, you'll see the QR codes pop up.\n\nGreat.\n\nA lot of me talking today, but we have five minutes left. We have a lot of questions.\n\nHappy to answer them. If if April's there, she can also come back and answer some of the questions.\n\nHey, April.\n\nHey.\n\nGreat.\n\nI'm gonna do a question for you.\n\nCan I create an avatar with no background and place it over another video for a background?\n\nIs that for me?\n\nYeah. I can also take it as well. But so yeah. The answer to that is you could upload some video footage of an avatar where you've already keyed out the background or or done the alpha.\n\nWhat I'd recommend is just upload the avatar with the background. Within HeyGen, it's super easy to click remove background. And once you do that, you can layer that avatar on top of any background that that you like, so super common.\n\nOkay. Question from Ryan. I have an Eleven Labs subscription to generate my voice. However, I see inside HeyGen, there are many other choices for voice models including Eleven Labs.\n\nCan I cancel my Eleven Labs and take care of everything in Heijen? Is there something in Eleven Labs that I couldn't get from Heijen?\n\nI can take that.\n\nSo, yeah, you can use an Eleven Labs voice clone within HeyGen. It's one of the options. You saw it. There's v two, v three.\n\nIf you're just using a basic Elevenlabs subscription, I would say you can do everything within HeyGen. Probably the one thing that I would keep in mind is if you're using the Pro Voice in Elevenlabs, and the way to know that is you've uploaded more than an hour of video footage or sorry, more than an hour of audio to clone your voice in Eleven Labs. We don't offer pro voice within Hegen. But if you're just using the basic Eleven Labs account, you'll be able to do all of that within Hegen.\n\nActually, this is a good question for April because I'm not a hundred percent sure. From Jose, can we create the subtitles directly from Hegen, or should I use hyperframes connected from Claude? What's the best way to add subtitles?\n\nAre you it sounds like you're using a connector.\n\nI would say the most Surefire path would be in app.\n\nYou can go to Studio. And if you go through our workflow, you should be able to set your captions there.\n\nAnd if you click the magic edit option on step three format, it'll create, like, your eighty percent video for you, and then I would edit that in AI Studio for maximum controllability.\n\nSuper.\n\nLet me see.\n\nOkay. James said there's a couple of questions about White Glove. I don't see them in the q and a tab, so I'm not gonna go looking through the chat. But if you wanna DM them to me, I will take a look.\n\nOh, one question here from Mark. How much is White Glove? Oh, I see the White Glove question. Isn't that amazing?\n\nMark, to answer your question, White Glove is free.\n\nThere's no additional charge. You need to have a paid HeyGen account, so Creator Pro business.\n\nHowever, we do use your credits. So if we're creating videos for you, we will use your HeyGen credit. So often, you know, if you have lots of credits there, we'll use them, no problem. If we're trying to make a video and you've no credits left, we'll ask you to purchase some more credits just to unblock our creative partner team.\n\nIs the white glove service paid for separately or is it costed together with our monthly subscription? Yeah. It's included in your monthly subscription, but, again, we will use your credits when we're creating videos. So just keep keep that in mind.\n\nWe have a question here from Jami. Jami?\n\nI am on a paid account, and I don't see the white glove button. So, again, I touched on this a little bit, but this happens sometimes.\n\nWhat you need to do is you need to go to the settings section of your account.\n\nMake sure you're in the paid account first, then you need to click on settings, then personalization.\n\nYou'll see a button down there to edit personalization. You need to fill in that form again so we can understand which user you are, what type of user you are if you're real estate. Once you select real estate, you'll see this white glove experience, which has been initially designed and optimized for real estate agents.\n\nAnd that is all we have time for.\n\nYeah.\n\nGuys, thank you very much for for joining today. April, thank you for walking through the new workflow.\n\nIf anyone has any questions, feel free to to reach out.\n\nSome good ways to get us is through our community.\n\nWe have some great forums in there. You can ask questions. Our community team will get back to you very quickly. We're running these webinars every two or three weeks.\n\nAgain, if you want a more example heavy webinar, you should check out our webinar from two weeks ago. It's on our YouTube channel. We've also shared the link in the chat. That's where we played lots and lots of examples from real estate agents. Today was a little bit more tactical in the weeds, how to create a video, a good voice, a good avatar, and how to use our our white glove experience if if you need that extra helping hand.\n\nBut, yeah, thank you all again for joining.
