Hello, everyone. Hello. How are you? Hello.\n\nSo many people are joining today. So happy to see you all.\n\nYeah. Hello from London. Where where are you all from? I think we have at this this workshops people from very many different places. It's such a good experience to see everyone.\n\nYeah. Just gonna wait, like, one, two more minutes, so everyone can join.\n\nJust wanna ask if everyone hears me well, if you're able to see the presentation.\n\nMy colleague, Hernan and James are going to sit in the chat with with questions. So, also, you should you you should have received an email where I added a little bit of information what we are going to do today.\n\nAnd, I think I think we we can slowly get started.\n\nSo today, what we are going what what I'm going to show you, it's how to create more branded videos with your avatar, meaning of how you can add your product or service logo, your bureaus, like if you have if you have product bureaus, if you have screen recordings, if you I don't know if you're a realtor, if you have images from your property, if you have some training guides.\n\nBasically, I'm going to show you how you can incorporate avatar looks into your videos so they look a little bit more branded and how you can add different different bureaus, logos, and products into your videos.\n\nWe are going to so this is the presentation.\n\nIt looks a little bit long. I do try to add every step, where to click, how to click. This was a feedback from the last workshop.\n\nSo I hope now it's a little bit more clear and understandable for everyone.\n\nSo just I'm gonna walk through really, really fast. We're going to check how we can we can create we can train our look back model to get better looks.\n\nLike, you can see here the difference of how the images look before doing that and after.\n\nAnd you can see my likeness, much better my likeness is after I train my model.\n\nThen we're going to move forward of how to prompt for looks. I do prepare different prompts for you, how to make your look better and your images look a little bit better.\n\nAnd then we are going to move to generating a video with video agent, and I'm going to cover part of the things that we can do in AI Studio. AI Studio has a lot of options. So today we are going to cover a little bit of voice adjustments, how to replace some assets, how to add bureaus, how to add different different angles of your avatar inside your videos.\n\nAnd that's gonna be it. I just wanna show you an examples of the videos you would be able to create after after you finish this workflow.\n\nThis is going to be recorded, so don't worry about not keeping up with me.\n\nThis is going to be recorded. It's going to be on YouTube. We are going to send to everyone after the workshop, so you can access both the presentations and the recordings after.\n\nNow here is what type of videos we can get in the end of this workshop. So one of the example it's a service based video.\n\nSo this is the final video I got.\n\nIn this case, I'm introducing as a service agent lookpacks, and this is a video I created inside video agent with a little bit of edits in the AI studio.\n\nI do added a lot of prompts that you can use for your service so you can recreate similar results, depends what you need.\n\nSo here is how the finished video kind of looks like.\n\nThis is look packs. It lets you give a single avatar a whole range of different looks. To start, you open your avatar and select a look pack. Then you pick the looks you want and each one is generated on your existing avatar.\n\nAnd because it builds on your real avatar, your identity stays consistent across every look with no facial drift. You can create studio looks, casual looks, and seasonal looks, all from one avatar with up to 500 looks each. So instead of rerecording for every scenario, you have a full wardrobe ready whenever you need it.\n\nThat's look packs. Start building your custom wardrobe today.\n\nSo this is kind of a video you would be able to get for your business or service after the workshop today. And another a lot of asked question was how to incorporate product into your avatar videos. So today, I'm going to show you both how to incorporate your service logo or b rolls or if you have a product, how you can create type of a product videos.\n\nSo this is I used to run on coffee cup after cup, but the jitters and the afternoon crash finally got to me. So I stopped drinking coffee and switched to Europa Cocoa. It's made with rich, real cocoa, and it's naturally caffeine free. That means no jitters and no crash. Now every morning starts with a warm cup of cocoa instead, and I feel energized all day. If you're rethinking your coffee habit, give Europa Cocoa a try.\n\nSo this is this is the things we're going to look for.\n\nI wanna mention for everyone who didn't check the email or didn't check the presentation. Now the bureaus in both videos, these are real bureaus.\n\nLike, I have shot it with the product and in the explainer, like, in the branded look back videos. The bureaus that you can see, this was, like, screen recordings. I was I was recording while doing the presentation, and I add them to the video so it can create, like, this final edited results.\n\nAnd let's get started. Now let me just check if there is there is some questions. So I'm going to stop after each step to check if there is any questions related to the workflow, and I'm going to try to answer as many as I can.\n\nYou can also you can watch or you can also follow the steps. I showed the exact steps in the presentation, so you know where to click and what exactly we're gonna do after.\n\nNow, let's start with the creating avatar looks. Now I'm I want to show you first while creating what's the difference between training a look back and not training a look back in your in the quality of your avatar.\n\nSo this is my avatar here.\n\nAnd here are the images I was getting before I train a look back. So I just created my avatar from this reference image. I didn't add any video, and then I was trying to prompt for looks. And these are the results I'm getting. Now after I've trained the model with look backs, you can see now this is the original image from our workshop in Madrid, but you can see like the results have like how much better the image and the likeness is of having of having this trained and how much better my images are looking. And depends on the prompts. I've also added some prompts.\n\nYou can get like more professional look or maybe something more like YouTube. This is like YouTube style looks or maybe something like very low quality, more natural that looks like that. So all these images were generated. And as you can see, I like, we can all see what the huge difference that that makes.\n\nNow how to train lookbacks?\n\nWhen you have an avatar, your digital twin recorded or added, you have your consent ready, you maybe added a few pictures, you have the options at looks, and then you have an option of design with AI. So we're gonna go to on design with AI. And here I have the option before I start prompting or writing whatever. Here is the option train a personal model. So I can click here.\n\nAnd now what I'm what I need everything I need to do, it's just upload images of myself.\n\nNow about the images we need to train these look packs, I would say it's it's not necessary to have super high quality images. I would say even it's better if you have some high quality, some low quality selfies from different angles like left, right, photos that you are standing up, that you are sitting down, photos in the positions that you would like to create a look at, a similar look to.\n\nI'm going to show you, like, some of the images I added. As you can see, I have I have various images here. Now let me show you.\n\nNow, like, this is like a selfie image, as you can see, like, most are selfies, like some standing up, different angles, one with glasses, a few with different hairstyles.\n\nSo I literally took the like the last 30 images I had on my phone and added them, and I just put a little bit of effort to add some angles like left, right, sitting and standing.\n\nSo the model can get an idea of also not from your face, but how your body looks like. So it doesn't make like like looking bigger or too thin or like anything different. So that's why it's important when you train a look back.\n\nJust upload as many images you have in different positions in different settings.\n\nAnd that's the something I would advise. As I say, it's not necessary all the images be, like, very good quality, especially if you want to create, like, avatar looks that are more low quality UGC style. I would actually advise upload something like this, like, a little bit blurry.\n\nSo you after this, when you create and you look out of this, it can incorporate the lightning and the setting of this more natural look.\n\nNow when you upload your images, what you need to do, it's like you just choose, you click like this, and you can choose the images you like.\n\nAnd as I say, usually the best is to have 20 plus images. In this case, I uploaded 44 images. And then the only thing you need to do, it's like go and train your model.\n\nAnd this is it of how you're training how how you start training your personal model to create better looks with avatars.\n\nNow I'm going to move. If there is any questions, like, about the images, about the about the process of training. Like, you can drop it. I can check I can I can check it out? Again, I put everything in the presentation here that we walk through.\n\nNow I would I would say I would say for the training photos, if you can have variety, that's the best. Like, it doesn't necessarily need to be white background.\n\nAnd like, you can see my results and you you can see the images I had. I didn't even put the tension on the background. I was just trying the images to be in different in different settings.\n\nAs if you are as if you can do like maybe few face images like close-up of your face, let's say a selfie left angle, right angle, maybe one standing up and one sitting with hands visible on a clear background, that's great. But you can act like any type of images. It comes out like it's more important actually to have a variety of different images, like more professional, lower quality than having like perfect images. Now if you if you are doing more professional content and you really want to look like Polish and professional, I would recommend to add maybe like if you can if you have some images from a photographer or somewhere someone who created good images of you, you can add them also, but you can also prompt for that. And I'm going to show you different results of prompting for looks so you can fix that later.\n\nI think the most important for the image sites you have is I would say it's variety. It's variety. Get as many images as you can, landscape, portrait formats, and just add it there. Especially if you have this. I keep saying this especially for like people with longer hair or that are changing different hairstyles. I would upload like images with different hairstyles, So the models know how I look with my hair up or my hair down, for example.\n\nYeah. You can add more looks. You can always you can add more looks. You can create a model. You can add up to 500 looks under one avatar. So it's it's it's not an it's not an issue.\n\nThe training for the training for look backs cost 30 cost 60 credits. I'm sorry.\n\nAnd it's it's a one time training. So that's why I would say spend a little bit time, like choose as many images as you can, and then train your train your look back before spending your your credit.\n\nYou can use videos to videos to train also.\n\nYeah. I'm going now to talk about how when you I'm going to move now to the next steps and I'm going to show you now how to incorporate like your logos and products inside inside these looks.\n\nSo the next step after you train your look back, you wait like ten, fifteen minutes for that.\n\nAnd then when it will show you here that your look back is ready and when you start prompting for images, you wanna make sure that you have this personal model toggle on. So this means that the Cajun will consider your training and the training of your look backs.\n\nNow I'm going to go quickly back to the presentation here.\n\nSo you can see here in the presentation a reference image to create branded looks.\n\nHere I gave some prompt examples that you can see of the the looks I created and what prompts I have been using for these looks. Now, this one, for example, it's with the logo. So what I'm going to do, you can of course change anything of that. Like, I can show you now how to generate a look very quickly.\n\nSo I would copy that. Now if you have a logo, you can incorporate the business logo in few different ways. So you can you can add it on the background, you can add it on your shirt, you can add it on\n\nyour hats, Maybe you can add it on a book in front of you. You have different option of how to incorporate your brand logo to your look back so it's visible in the videos.\n\nSame same for product looks. I think there is some bug, and it doesn't show the product looks. I'm going to just share you I'm I'm going to just show you the images for that.\n\nNow how we are incorporating a logo? As you can see, you don't need even like some super advanced prompt techniques for that. This this image was created with the basic sitting in a modern office with look back logo behind me. Now I'm going to copy this prompt from here.\n\nAnd what I'm going to do here, I'm going to choose the look from which I want to create that look. So I'm going to go down and choose a photo I like. So in this case, you can obviously see that I have been using this photo.\n\nNow I can use this photo, for example.\n\nSo here I'm choosing a reference photo. This is not a good example as my head is on-site. Let me choose another one.\n\nOkay. Let's choose this one.\n\nNow everything you need to do, it's you can just copy paste the prompt here.\n\nNow you have reference images, So you can click here on reference, and here you have options to upload.\n\nAnd here what I'm going to do is I'm going to upload my logo.\n\nIn this case, Lookback's logo sitting in a modern office with looks Lookback's logo behind me. And here, I'm going to choose portrait or landscape. I want the landscape image.\n\nAnd what I'm going to do is just click.\n\nAnd you see here down here, the models already start generated. Now same is with the products.\n\nNow you can let me copy one of the product logos.\n\nLet's say this one.\n\nSo a woman casually holding, the rope a **** ****. Here will be of course, you can replace this like a man. Like, if you have a different character, you can use different character also.\n\nAnd I'm going to do the same. I'm going to click here on reference. I'm going to upload the image of your Rupa Kakor, and I'm just gonna click and add it here.\n\nAnd then I'm going to choose portrait mode as this is more UGC style prompt.\n\nAnd I can just go again like that.\n\nAnd you can see here it already started creating creating my images.\n\nI'm going to update the presentation as I think there is some bug and the images here didn't doesn't show up for some reason for the for the product ones, but I'm going to update this after the workshop and send you with the example images so you can see.\n\nBut here is here is a result of with my previous image and and the product and the product prompt. Now what you can do, it's you can take this prompt. Right? So you can you can you can take this prompt. You can copy paste them to cloud or Charge e p t.\n\nDepends of how you if you are incorporating a product or a service logo, you can copy, these five prompts. You can tell Cloud or ChatGPT. I want to create similar images with my product or logo.\n\nCould you please create, like, five, six prompts for me? You can also combine both stuff, so you don't need to design with that. So you don't need to just use one reference image. You can combine like logo with product with, let's say, with environment or with quote with quoting, and you can prompt for that as well. So I can be like, let me think of something.\n\nLet me choose some look.\n\nOkay. Let's use this one.\n\nSo I will describe how I want to incorporate all these assets to my image, And I will just hit generate, and it will start generating it will start generating different images from that.\n\nSo let's check the results here. As you can see, this is the one I have just generated. You can see like this more UGC casual style, like holding this eropa core in the kitchen.\n\nAnd you can see here with the new look, like incorporating the logo behind.\n\nAs you can see, the results are the results are different. Like, this won't be a good example for an image I choose as the angle the angle of my image, it's more selfie. So you can see, like, the selfie results look much better than the results where I'm more professional. And that's why I say it's important to upload as many images as you have of yourself, So you can you can generate, like, better results while prompting for look backs. So, yeah, you can see here what I just prompted, look backs in office, dressed in the clothing I had and with holding the Rubber Cocoa package.\n\nYou can also change background. So if you have like specific backgrounds, maybe from a real environment, again, can give an example, let's say real estate or like if you need to change like in different rooms of a house, for example, you can also prompt for that.\n\nSo you can you can check the prompts, you can try experiment with yourself, like, to see what what works for you. As well, we are going to send a feedback form. So for the next workshop, I would be happy to prepare more examples or to send like some extra information on that if this is needed.\n\nSo this is basically how you prompt for look backs. Now I wanna show something else that of how you can create better look of yourself. Now after I created these looks, maybe I don't like something in there. You don't need to keep adding images and prompting for that looks.\n\nWe do have this option called edit photo. So you can see here in the little pencil, edit photo, and here you have appearance. So when you click on appearance, you have different presets like filters similar to Instagram filters, I would say.\n\nAnd you can choose, you can try the presets. You can see here like this blurs my face a little bit more.\n\nI personally don't like that, but some people maybe prefer this.\n\nHere studio will fix like the lightning a little bit, so you can see the difference. You also have like advanced settings.\n\nYou can add more makeup, you can smooth your skin more or less, you can slim your face. So if you don't like a look, you can play a little bit, I see a lot of people not are not very sure with with maybe like with skin texture and stuff. Let's say in this case you can see here if I change like the breaths, I would get like this a little bit more skin texture. I can change the contrast, brightness, saturation. So when you like look that it's generated, if there is like small touches that you want to add and you like the general look, you don't need to keep regenerating. You can just go to appearance and just go to advanced settings and you can play with the photo till you with your look till you like how it looks. Do you like the lightening or like some small changes on your face?\n\nNow another thing I want to show you today, it's again here when you click on edit photo. It's how to create different angles.\n\nNow this this is ask question. Let me show you again the final videos.\n\nSo this is look packs. It lets you give a single avatar So you can see here generate and because it builds on your real avatar, you're all from one area.\n\nThat's look packs.\n\nI have the same look, but I have these different angles.\n\nAnd there is an option. So you can prompt for that. You can be like left angle, right angle, whatever.\n\nSo one option is this, you can prompt for this, but we also have, and this is a very easy option you can use, so you can click here again on edit photo and you have camera angles.\n\nSo here you can just choose if you want portrait or landscape camera angle, and you can generate immediately like three different angles of yourself to incorporate to incorporate in your video after.\n\nNow let me go back to the questions to to check what's going on and to see what I can answer before we continue.\n\nNow avatar singing karaoke song, it can work. It can work.\n\nBut I would say it can work well. It very depends. It it depends a lot on your on the song and on your avatar image.\n\nSometimes if the song has a lot of, like, drums and basses and strong sounds, it can get a little bit confused and incorporate, like, the sounds as a lip sync where the lip sync shouldn't exist.\n\nThere is a workflow like, for me, the best workflow to create AI video with existing song, it's to separate the singing part from the from the from the music, just lip sync lip sync just with the text and then add it back with the music as as on the music on the background. This way, any AI video even with CDN, like, with CDN switch shots, This way the models don't get confused between what is what is actually a sound from from the singer and what's actually sound from from the from the music behind.\n\nYes. Yes. There there is a section there is a section in the video editor. You can you can upload backgrounds.\n\nYeah. Of course. You can you can remove background and upload new backgrounds.\n\nI think the difference between uploading background to existing image and generating looks It's that if you generate looks, it looks much more natural and the image looks much more polished than if you just crop the background.\n\nNow, of course, if you if you have an avatar and you just want like a plain background or something, or you have very specific setup, you can you can use it and you can replace that that background just in the editor and you don't need to generate look backs for that.\n\nYes. That's a good question for the images with the teeth. I would say, yes, it's a good idea. And actually, if you can add weird images where your teeth are really visible, this would give you some better results. The issue with the teeth, it's if you only added all your images with closed mouth or with not very well visible mouth part, the model doesn't know how your real teeth looks like. So, if you don't give enough reference, in this case this would be an image reference, you won't be a like it will generate, it will decide what to generate on you and that's why you'll get like like bad results. So yeah, it would help a lot, very good question by Nicole.\n\nIt would help with the teeth issue if you if you are having like a little bit like smiling or mid talk, like some weird images like that. So, and also it will help of course if you added a video already to your avatar and it can take this as well.\n\nYes. So, appearance cost credits, I think it was like two credits.\n\nI believe it was like two credits per avatar look. I'm not quite sure if maybe my colleagues can check on that.\n\nIf I upload the younger picture, upload my current picture.\n\nYou mean you want to transition? Like, I don't understand the question here.\n\nTo be honest, do you need transition from your younger self to your older self?\n\nAs yes. So this is possible. This is possible actually with avatar shots and we are going to cover how to prompt in avatar shots probably on the next workshop where you can get this video like transitioning from from happy to sad or maybe from old house to new house or all this type of more cinematic stuff we're going to cover we're going to cover next. I would advise you can go and you can use avat if you want like this type of transition, you can try by going to avatar shots, uploading the two images, and just add like a prompt, create a transition image while talking from this to that, like from younger to older.\n\nJust use like, this is limited in timing. So avatar shots, they can only create fifteen seconds video, so this is a limitation there.\n\nNow, let's continue.\n\nSo the next step creating a video, I would always I would always go to video agent first.\n\nFor me, this is this is the easiest way to create video at this point with Adrian as even if the video is not perfect in the end and it needs some edits, I don't need to drag and drop and add everything manually in the studio. So I think the video agent short workflow, it's it's very good to start with. You can, of course, adjust after in AI Studio. You can do all the edits.\n\nBut if you haven't tried video agent yet, I would highly highly recommend to try these workflows.\n\nNow let me show you let me show you how you can create video in VideoAgent.\n\nNow before I go back to the tool to show you exact like, how to exactly exactly you can do that, I want to add here that I have added probably, I think, seven or eight different prompt templates that you can use.\n\nSo what you can do if you are not sure how to prompt, if you have a news video agent with bureau footage before, what you can do, it's you can just copy paste this and just go to cloud cloud. Let's say, hope.\n\nOkay. I'm not in there. Let's go to chat GPT.\n\nAnd I'm just going to paste that here.\n\nAnd then I'm going to choose one of these templates so it can create the prompt for me.\n\nSo let's say I can choose this template.\n\nOkay. This is two, three minutes.\n\nOf course, this is all editable, but I can go with okay. Let's go with script base.\n\nAnd here, I'm going to add some context, like, hey.\n\nI'm creating a video for my business.\n\nLet's say for Hagen look packs.\n\nHere, I'm going to paste, like, some information what my business is about, what time what type of video I'm trying to do.\n\nAlso, I would add I have screen recordings and images I want to use in that video creating step by step guide.\n\nHelp me write a prompt using this template.\n\nAnd now it will take time and it would create a prompt that you can go and you can copy paste directly into into video agent.\n\nOkay. Here is the prompt. Of course, you can read that. You can change it. Maybe you want more scenes. Maybe you want 20 scenes. Maybe you want just five scenes.\n\nLike, here are, like, different examples with different type of prompts, but you don't need to always use the templates. You can check these prompt templates. You can check what results you are getting, and you can always tell the child, like, look. I want 20 scenes. I'm going to include this and this and that, especially for training videos or so like, software or or showing something like very exact as images, maybe step by step guides or I don't know, maybe you have images of how to put the pump together, like step one, step two, step three.\n\nSo you can always add this context and be like I have these images, I want to create this video, I'm going to paste this into Cajun video agent, please write the prompt for me and you can keep polishing that till you're happy.\n\nIn this case, I've created now that prompt copy. And now what I'm going to do, it's I'm going to go to agent video agent.\n\nYou can directly access it from the presentation here.\n\nAnd here what I'm going to do now is, of course, I'm going to choose the avatar look I want to use.\n\nSo let's say look back. So I want to choose some avatar with look backs.\n\nLet's choose this one.\n\nI wanna make sure I choose the right voice clone, so always check that. Check if you maybe change some setting or something that the it uses the correct voice.\n\nI can paste the prompt here. Now here, we showed the last time how to add your brand system.\n\nIf you missed the previous workshop, you can go here at view all and click on add new, and then you're at your website if you have a website.\n\nAnd Hagen will create, like, such a brand system and and incorporate this your colors, your logo into your video automatically.\n\nNow let's go back to the agent.\n\nSo I'm going to choose the Hagen brand system, and let's copy the prompt again.\n\nAnd here what I'm going to do, it's I'm going to go to assets again, and I'm going to upload all the bureaus and images I have. So I have a ton of screenshots that I have been using for the presentation, and I do have also few screen recordings. I think it's very good to use screen recordings, especially for explainer videos, and the agent managed to incorporate them very well into the video. So you can upload any type of information you have. If you have text documents, presentations, screen recordings, screenshots, images, whatever you have, you can just add it to the agent. So I'm going to add all the images, and I'm going to add all the screen recordings also.\n\nAnd now this will take a bit time to load. And then what I'm going to do is just hit generate.\n\nNow if you are not sure, now I have the setting called autopilot. You can use the chat setting.\n\nThe chat setting will give you an option where the agent will ask you a little bit more questions of what you want your video to looks like.\n\nAnd I would recommend for everyone that is using it for first time or haven't been using it for a for at least for one to three weeks to better use the plan and chat mode. So you can actually review what your video would look like, and you can make some changes before that. Now this is going to take some time to create to start creating this template.\n\nI'm going to show you now the prompts I've used for the videos I show at the beginning of the workshop.\n\nCajun looks facts. You can see here.\n\nSo you can see here I did exactly the same what I what I have been showing to you now. I added I chose the avatar. I chose my brand system, my voice, and I uploaded all these screenshots.\n\nAnd I have been using this prompt as an example. You do have also this example prompt inside the presentation. You can check it after.\n\nNow I wanna show you how what the first result was without any editing from my side as this is, I would say, very, very good result.\n\nThis is Lookpacks. It lets you give a single avatar a whole range of different looks. To start, you open your avatar and select a look pack. Then you pick the looks you want and each one is generated on your existing avatar.\n\nBecause it builds on your real avatar, your identity stays consistent across every look with no facial drift. You can create studio looks, casual looks, and seasonal looks all from one avatar with up to 500 looks each. So instead of rerecording for every scenario, you have a full wardrobe ready whenever you need it.\n\nThat's Look Packs. Start building your custom wardrobe today.\n\nSo this was the first result I get from the video agent after pasting the prompt. I want to show something very important before going to studio.\n\nAs I do like, agent is now at a point that it creates very, very good results if you give the right prompt. Now you can see here it's just uses one avatar look of me, while the final video I show in the beginning has the full looks with the different angles. This is something I change after in the studio.\n\nBut let's say you generate the video with video agent and you like the video. You just want some small, very small change, you don't need to keep writing. For example, I want to change the color of this motion graphic here.\n\nLet's say I don't like this color. I want this motion graphic to be pink.\n\nI can just click here on this exact scene. Click on this small button edit, and I can be like, change the motion graphic to pink color.\n\nOr let's say I don't want this motion graphic at all. I can just be, like, remove remove all motion graphics from the scene.\n\nAnd you can submit. So you don't need to burn credits or on regenerating the entire video for small for small changes like that. You can just change the scene or something small in the scene that you don't like.\n\nNow I'm going to show you the older example as I get much worse result with the video agent, and then I did more changes in the AI studio, and I'm going to show you quickly quickly how I did it.\n\nNow the other example, this is this is my example. So I have added all the Rupa Kokoa videos, and I have run this prompt right here.\n\nNow I get this result, which I particularly don't like for a few reasons, I'm going to tell you why.\n\nYou can watch the video.\n\nI used to run on coffee, cup after cup. But the jitters and the afternoon crash finally got to me. So I stopped drinking coffee and switched to Europa Cocoa. It's made with rich, real cocoa.\n\nAnd it's natural.\n\nNow you can see here I like why I don't like this result. Probably the music is very slow. It doesn't sound like a UGC video. The voice, it's too monotone for the type of video I want as this is a product video. Of course, I didn't tell the agent what type of music I want, but again, you don't need to regenerate the full video if you don't like if you need to do small changes like that.\n\nSo if you want to edit something, in this case, there is not much to edit here as there is too many bureaus by my opinion. I I don't like this video like that. I want, like, more avatar shots incorporated with the bureaus, etc. To get this result that I have at the end. Let me show you the result.\n\nI used to run on coffee cup after cup, but the jitters and the afternoon crash finally got to me. So I stopped drinking coffee and switched to Europa Cocoa. It's made with rich real cocoa and it's naturally caffeine free. That means no jitters and no crash. Now every morning starts with a warm cup of cocoa instead. And I feel energized all day. If you're rethinking your coffee habit, give Europa Coco a try.\n\nNow you can see this video, I added a little bit more different avatar looks. I removed most of the bureaus. I changed the music to something more energetic and more quiet, and I changed my voice as well to be a bit faster and more energetic.\n\nNow I'm going to show you how I did that in the iStudio.\n\nWe're getting a little bit late.\n\nI'm going to just move through that, and then I'm going to check all the questions. Now, again, I don't like this video. I don't wanna keep prompting, like, generating as you can you can also do that for like, if I want to re if it's not a small change or something, I would prefer still to do some stuff manually so I make sure that I get the results I want in the end.\n\nAgent is definitely getting there, and it gives really, really good results just from prompting. But if you are if you haven't prompt much, I would say, like, you can just do very quick edits in AI Studio and get a good result. Now what I'm going to do is I'm going to click here and click open in AI Studio.\n\nAnd now here I do have these scenes that there is nothing but just a bureaus. I just going to delete them. I don't need an empty scenes in this video, so I can just click. I can delete the scenes. Right? Now I don't like, as I said, I just don't like that I have avatar in the beginning and in the end of the video. So what I'm going to do here, it's I'm going to click, let's say, on this scene.\n\nAnd what I'm going to do is I'm going to click here and add some other avatar look. I like to mix different looks so the video doesn't feel the same. So let's say here I can add this look, and then here I can add another one.\n\nLet's choose something else. Let's take it at this look. So now I have a little bit more variety in the scenes.\n\nI still think this script is a little bit too long, so I would add this finally got me. I'm going to move it, let's say here and delete that scene.\n\nAnd now I do have like some video that it's a little bit more, like, changing from bureaus to arrows. Of course, here I can of for example, this sentence, can put it together and delete one more scene. So the video is shorter and more UGC style in this case.\n\nSo I'm going to move that.\n\nThen I still have I used to run on coffee. So I still have the issue with the voice, and I still have the issue with the music. I'm going to show you a way of how to how to fix the voice in your videos.\n\nWe're going to do more workshops, going more in-depth. I think only fixing the voice can take maybe an hour of a separate workshop.\n\nSo I would actually appreciate if you give me some feedback of what you want me to go in-depth next time, like the biggest issues you have.\n\nAs I do think, especially with AI studio, with the video agent, with the voices, these are like long topics and you have so many different options that it's better to cover separately, maybe by interest.\n\nBut now let me show you how I'm going to quickly fix this voice.\n\nNow I'm I have the voice here. Right? So it's still Dora Akure voice.\n\nNow what I'm going to do in this case, I do think this voice is too slow. I don't I think the main issue with this voice is that the voice is too slow.\n\nSo there is few things I can do. So I can go here, on voice, and just going to speed. And I'm going to speed it up like just a tiny bit, maybe to 1.1, 1.2.\n\nOkay. Let's hear now.\n\nRun on coffee. Cup after cup. But the jitters and the afternoon crash.\n\nI used to run on coffee. Cup after cup. But the jitters and the afternoon crash finally got to me.\n\nSo I stopped drink Okay.\n\nI want it even faster, so I'm going to add it to 1.2. Say I can use 11 labs here.\n\nLet me to Europa Cocoa.\n\nCup after cup. But the jitters and the afternoon crash finally got to me. So I stopped drinking coffee and switched to Europa Cocoa. It's made with rich real cocoa and it's naturally caffeine free. That means no jitters and no crash. Now every morning starts with a warm cup of cocoa instead. I feel calm, steady and energized all day.\n\nNow here, for example, now every morning starts with a warm cup of cocoa instead. This is something that makes the voices sounds weird when they're in separate scenes. So I would try to avoid putting like a sentence into two separate scenes as this would give you like much worse result.\n\nYou can also so I would say before generating, you can go to the studio, play a little bit with the speed.\n\nYou have different options as well. So you can you can listen to the voice you like.\n\nI used to run on coffee cup after cup, but the jitters and the afternoon crash finally got to me.\n\nOkay. I like this. For example, it's much faster.\n\nIt sounds much more like UGC style, so I'm going to keep this setting.\n\nYou can, of course, you can listen to all your so I stopped drinking coffee.\n\nTo all your sentences one by one. You can improve delivery.\n\nSo there is you can add maybe, like, enhanced voice. So you have switched you can switch to 11 labs where you can add brackets. So if I want to be, like, excited or tired, let's say tired, curious, excited, surprised. So you can direct this in a different way. So I would say if you don't like the voice, for me, some of the first thing is the speed. So the speed usually changes a lot.\n\nWe will go in-depth on voices specifically next time, but these are, like, easy stuff that you can do.\n\nI used to run on coffee cup after cup.\n\nTo improve your voice. Also, when you check this voice settings, it's normal that your avatar is not lip syncing correctly.\n\nBut the jitters and the afternoon As you still have the lip sync avatar lips moving from the previous voice.\n\nSo when you preview here in AI Studio, this is not your final result of how the lip sync will look like.\n\nIt's it's just using the previous result. So you can keep, like, listening, changing, playing a little bit with that to get much better results. And, also, now the last change I wanna did, it's I don't want this slow music, so I just going to delete that.\n\nAnd here you have music inside the studio, and I can choose, like, playful. I want more playful music, and I can just add this to the scene.\n\nI used to run on coffee cup after cup.\n\nBut the jitters and the afternoon crash finally got Let's say this is not loud enough, so I can adjust the volume here.\n\nI used to run on coffee.\n\nCup after Okay.\n\nMuch better. So you can see here, like, these are very small edits. Like, I just added, like, few different looks. I speed up the voice a little bit, and then I change the music. And I do get such a better result than my initial initial video.\n\nNow let me check some last questions.\n\nTo Dan question, that it generates a different disk. Like like, have you have you try have you try this can depends on your prompt. So you should make sure if you upload an image to use to explain that you want to use this image. So let me share my screen again. Right?\n\nNow instead of instead of typing, like, placement behind the desk, you you can write, like, here is an image of my like, place my avatar behind the exact desk on the on the floated image. So you can be a little bit more exact, and this should help.\n\nIt's sometimes it's sometimes like all the image video models. It can hallucinate and create something different. But usually with look packs and when you prompt for image, you'll get three different versions.\n\nSo one of these three versions should be okay.\n\nYou can try if you You you can try if you if you write like the prompt a little bit more exact, you can check the examples also that are added in the presentation and ask Chargeippity to add this.\n\nYou can go to Chargeippity at my prompts and be like, look. I'm trying to generate this image with my desk, but it keeps changing the desk. Can you help me, like, create a better prompt? Like, here are some examples.\n\nChristian Calderon. Yeah. You can still add the tags. You can still add the tags inside inside Studio.\n\nIt's it's it's available. It's available. It's just when you go inside the Studio, when you click on voice, you should choose 11 labs. And with 11 labs, you can you can add the text to the voice.\n\nYou do have you do have a pause option inside Studio. So the prompts you can get from the presentation, we are going to send we are going to send the presentation and the recording to everyone who attended today.\n\nI I will we will go and more in-depth inside the AI studio and how to add all this extra stuff, especially for voice, like how to add the pauses, what what is the difference between the different voice engines and how you can control your voice in different ways depends of the voice engine you choose. I think this is a topic that many people are interested about.\n\nIt's just something that I would it it really needs more in-depth and more time to show all the options as we do have we do have so many different options now.\n\nYeah. I think to not take much more of your time. Just one last question.\n\nYeah. Again, the voice related question. Yeah. We would probably we would probably organize some workshop or webinar just just on voice.\n\nHow okay. Really last question.\n\nHow do we add the correct pronunciation to specific words or phrases? You have something called I'm I'm going to send I'm going to send that in the with the email. You have an option where you can add the exact pronunciation of certain words. This is specifically as I'm, like, I'm from Bulgaria.\n\nNone of the AI models works good with Bulgarian.\n\nIt's, like, very hard to get a good video.\n\nSo you can can add your dictionary inside and you can this is especially helpful if you have like brands as sometimes specific brands are pronounced in a specific way. So you do have this option inside Heidron of how to add this.\n\nThis is also shared in the end. If you go into the end of the presentation, you have you can scan a QR code and there is resources and you have explanations for all that of how to do this specific stuff.\n\nNow, thanks for your time everyone. Thank you for watching.\n\nAgain, as last time we've been I would really we would really appreciate any feedback, positive, negative, especially what you want to learn more, what you like to see, how we can improve this this workshops for you. So please, after the workshop, you get the form, please fill up the feedback. This is this is really important. So I can give you, like, better better content next time and be more useful so you can get better results.\n\nAnd yeah, I think this is for me for today. Thank you so much. And yeah, see you see you next time.
